As a multifaceted designer,

I always strive for empathy, trust and collaboration - Values I have learned in my 18+ years of design experience in field of e-learning, Communication Design, Motion Design and User Experience Design. Over the years, I’ve explored a range of opportunities from starting my own company, to leading design teams, and working across teams in complex organisations, all with the pursuit of creating value to the end user.

Till dateLead Digital Product Designer
• Creates Design briefs based on business needs, OKR’s & user insights. • Manages design teams and drives Design processes for new app experiences. • Conducts Internal cross team alignments, mentoring, design workshops and enabling design system.
2018-2019Design Manager
• Drove and Conducted qualitative research at LEGO World to understand online account profile preferences for grownups. • Scoped and designed user tests, User-journey mapping and Test UX flow towards launch of Verified Parental Consent (VPC).
2018Sr. UX/UI Designer
• Created user-centered designs for LEGO life App. • Developed & Defined motion design, UI mockups and prototypes for the App. • Developed personas and usage scenarios, Conducted usability testing, Created wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows.
2017Founder - (Minimiles)
• Defined key value proposition and business model for the App. • Establised the core idea, user tested and designed the UX and UI of the App. • Presented the idea with prototype to potential businesses. • Drove the back-end development and Marketing strategy.
